Athena
What is Athena?
Athena is a canned response manager for Firefox 3.0 and above.
What does it do?
Athena gives easy access to custom canned responses, particularly useful in online malware removal websites such as Geeks-To-Go, BleepingComputer, and the others. It is generally geared towards the helpers at these sites, but could be useful if you post the same text repeatedly in online forums.
Usage: After you have installed the extension, you will notice a Greek helmet in your status bar of Firefox. This icon will give easy access to the options menu of Athena. In the options menu, you can add new speeches, edit existing speeches, and remove existing speeches. You may organize these speeches in categories (sub-categories are not supported yet). Once you have entered a canned speech, you will have access to it in the context menu when you right click in a text input area on a web page. Once the right click menu is visible, select Athena from the list and then just select the speech you wish to put into the text area. Once selected, the speech will paste itself into the text box.
