With Firefox 4 just around the bend, MalwareSearch 0.9.4 has been released. It will currently work with Firefox 4.0b7 and up.

Here is the first release of Malware Search for Chrome. Please report any bugs and please note that this still missing some features.

Malware Search for Chrome 0.1.0

An update on things, I just finished up with the initial version of Malware Search for Chrome. It is currently under testing and not for public release just yet. If you interested in testing it, leave a comment here.

If you are interested in testing, you will need a beta or dev version of Chrome.

• Removed Microsoft DLL Search from the menu
• Fixed an issue related to the Clipboard Copy

After some thought and some reflection, I’ve decided to continue development of Malware Search for Firefox. I’ve made a few changes for 0.9.2, specifically,

• Removed Microsoft DLL Center
• Replaced SamSpade’s WhoIs with DNSStuff’s – can accept IP’s and hostnames
• Added hpHosts
