A comments box in each speech window would be nice (for me anyway), somewhere I could put in notes to myself about a certain tool/speech which would not be included when adding the speech to a post.

Your e-mail is extremely hard to find if not published at all “ANYWHERE” google has failed.

Anyways. We have txt files located on a network share and my idea was Athena could pull these docs periodically or even just on boot if setup. More than likely out of your scope.

Below is text from a file named winzip.txt if we would need a person to use winzip for zipping infections. I love the idea of canning all my responses. problem is updating them periodically.

# On Windows XP machines:

1. Start Windows Explorer (right-click the Start menu, then choose Explore).
2. Navigate to the folder in which you want to create a .zip file.
3. On the File menu, point to New, and then click Compressed (zipped) Folder. Type a name for the new folder, and then press ENTER.
4. Using Windows Explorer, drag any files you wish to place into the .zip file.

# Using Winzip:

Winzip is an application that makes .zip files. You can download Winzip for your home PC from http://www.winzip.com.

1. Start up Winzip.
2. Click “I agree”.
3. Click the New button (upper left corner of the Winzip window). You will see a window titled New archive.
4. Select the folder where you wish to store the archive, by using the folder navigation box in the upper portion of the New archive window.
5. Name the archive, by typing a name into the File name textbox in the lower portion of the New archive window.
6. Click the OK button. This should cause a new window to be displayed, called Add.
7. In the Add window, select those files that you wish to place in the archive, by first using the folder navigation box, and then clicking on those files you wish to add. You can select more than one file by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard when you click on each file name.
8. After you have selected all the files to include in the archive, click Add.
9. Exit Winzip.

Will, what did you have in mind? If I could get a copy of one of these text files, it maybe possible.

This may be outside the scope of the mod. But how hard would it be for file support in this mod. We use a lot of txt files as responses at our job (also in software security) but these files are updates from time to time. I might have to use an external program for this. Just thought I’d ask.

Yea, that’s one other thing I’m planning on fixing. I consider it a bug at the moment.

It would be nice if Athena remembered when Categories are collapsed. For example, I created a category for storing notes I wanted to keep handy. There are other categories that are well established and are seldom edited. I would like Athena to remember the last state so when I collapse the seldom-edited categories they stay collapsed and I can quickly access other categories without having to scroll so much.

Sub-Categories may be useful for organizing seldom-used topics as well as overly complex areas.

Double-Click to Edit would save needing to select the title and then choose edit.

Not sure what you have in mind for Drag and Drop Functionality. If you are referring to highlighting coded text and dragging the selection to the Athena icon, resulting in the highlighted text copied into a new speech, that would certainly safe steps.
