Malware Search Firefox Extension – 0.5

I have just published version 0.5 of Malware Search. It adds/changes the following:

  • BleepingComputer Search
    • Startup List
    • File Database
    • Uninstall List
  • Moved the menu down one the context list due to some complaints about it’s position
    • Also, to note, I’m working on a feature that would allow the menu’s position to be customized but is not completed yet.
  • A preferences menu has been added, but is not yet functional. The code behind it comes from the BugMeNot plugin.
